The Lean IT Foundation™ certification enables IT professionals at operational, tactical, and strategic levels to apply Lean principles to IT processes. This course introduces candidates to the Lean philosophy, continuous improvement mindset, and the tools needed to measure performance and eliminate waste. Complementary to best practices like ITIL®, PRINCE2®, and ISO standards, Lean IT Foundation builds fundamental knowledge to support Lean strategies in IT organizations.

Exam Information

Exam Pattern: 40 Multiple Choice Questions; pass mark 80% (32/40 correct).

Duration of Exam: 1 Hour (60 minutes).

Exam Format: Non-proctored; available anytime, anywhere within an eight-month validity period.

Retaking of the Exam:
